Establishes headquarters in Allentown, PA
1872 Manufactures cement plant equipment and kilns.
1882 Builds first water wheel.
1892 Wins medal at Chicago Worlds's Fair.
1902 Builds Homestead valves for steel industry.
1912 Manufactures equipment for WWI.
1922 Expands facilities by adding foundry after war.
1932 Expands facilities to two plants and 110,000 sq.ft.
1942 Earns "E" rating from U.S. army.
1952 Begins building large diameter valves.
1962 Builds valves for water and wastewater industry.
1972 Builds valves for nuclear plants in USA.
1982 Extends valve product line.
1992 Consolidates as a division of Olson Technologies.

Mosser, a division of Olson Technologies, Inc., was founded in 1862 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Producing high-quality equipment for various American industries, Mosser steadily gained a reputation of technical expertise. By expanding its manufacturing facilities in Allentown, Mosser has entered the world market in a big way. From Canadian Wind Tunnels to U.S. Navy ships to wastewater treatment plants in China and Korea, Mosser designs and builds all types of valves to fit virtually any application. Mosser's ultra-large diameter butterfly valves have been in continuous service in over 1,000 specific locations throughout the world in water and wastewater treatment facilities, and nuclear and fossil fuel power plants. Today, more than 138 years after its beginning, Mosser is recognized as  one of the world's leading producers of large diameter butterfly valves.
